Kraut Brings Additional Business Transaction, Personal Injury, Probate Experience to Kemeny, Ramp & Renaud.
Kemeny, Ramp & Renaud, LLC, a distinguished civil litigation law firm in Central New Jersey, is pleased to announce that Baruch Y. Kraut has joined the firm as an associate attorney. Mr. Kraut brings a wealth of experience in business transactions, personal injury, civil litigation, estate planning, and probate, further enhancing the firm's comprehensive legal services.

"We are thrilled to welcome Baruch to our team," said Alex Kemeny, Managing Partner of Kemeny, Ramp & Renaud, LLC. "His diverse legal background and commitment to excellence align with our firm's mission to provide strategic, effective, and client-focused representation."
Prior to joining Kemeny, Ramp & Renaud, LLC, Mr. Kraut served as an associate at the largest law firm in Ocean County, New Jersey, where he honed his skills in litigation and transactional matters. His legal career also includes judicial internships with the New Jersey Courts and the United States Bankruptcy Court, providing him with valuable insights into judicial decision-making and case strategy.
Mr. Kraut earned his Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University School of Law, where he developed a strong foundation in legal research and advocacy. He also holds a Bachelor of Talmudic Law from Beth Medrash Govoha, reflecting his analytical and disciplined approach to legal interpretation.
The addition of Mr. Kraut is part of Kemeny, Ramp & Renaud's ongoing strategic growth. Earlier this year, the firm welcomed Gary B. Cornick and James A. Tarella as Of Counsel.
Mr. Cornick has decades of experience in trusts and estates, and was the 2024 recipient of the Middlesex County Bar Association’s Transactional Attorney of the Year Award. He currently co-chairs the Middlesex County Bar Association's Elder Law Section.
Mr. Tarella is a seasoned attorney with over 40 years of experience providing counsel in a wide range of areas, including corporate and real estate matters, estate planning, and civil litigation. His work has significantly shaped legal precedents, including his success in TSI E. Brunswick, LLC v. Zoning Bd. of Adjustment of Twp. of E. Brunswick, 215 N.J. 26 (2013) — a landmark zoning case argued before the New Jersey Supreme Court.
