With over 25 years of experience in estate planning, trust and estate administration, and guardianships, Gary B. Cornick is a trusted advisor to individuals and families navigating complex legal matters. His practice focuses on comprehensive estate planning, family charitable giving, and long-term care planning for elderly and disabled adults.

Active in professional leadership, Mr. Cornick serves as Co-Chair of the Middlesex County Bar Elder Law Section, and was honored as the Transactional Attorney of the Year by the Middlesex County Bar Association in 2014. He is a recognized speaker and published author on elder law, estate planning, and guardianship issues.

Mr. Cornick holds memberships in several esteemed organizations, including the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA), the New Jersey State Bar Association (NJSBA), the Somerset County Bar Association, and the National Citizens' Coalition for Nursing Home Reform.

Mr. Cornick is frequently appointed by the court as an attorney or temporary guardian in guardianship cases, as well as an estate administrator in contested matters. He also serves as a court-appointed mediator in probate disputes, helping families resolve sensitive issues with clarity and fairness.

A graduate of Union College, Mr. Cornick earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Baltimore School of Law, where he also studied law abroad at the University of Aberdeen School of Law in Scotland. He is admitted to practice law in New Jersey and Vermont.
